EXCELLENT MANUFACTURING SETUP

Days Health and Beauty is a garden factory spanning over 30,000 sq. ft. with access to all major transport companies, courier services and skilled human resources. The site is well connected to all major cities by Road.

The site is situated in a non-polluting area where there is no generation of smoke, soot or dust. There are no polluting chemical or Pesticide manufacturing Units in the vicinity.

It is fully air-conditioned to ensure a completely pollution-free ambience and is equipped with special- purpose equipment for all unit processes conforming to the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 rule 2020.

We combine traditions of excellence with the modernity of manufacturing, marketing and management practices. The site manufactures Personal care products and have the capacity to manufacture and pack the below-mentioned quantity:

(A).Personal care:
  • 50-150ml Bottle Packing – 60,000 unit/per day
  • 50-150ml Jar Packing - 60,000 unit/per day
  • 50-150ml Tube Packing- 30,000 units/per day
  • 30ml Serum Packing- 45,000 units/per day
  • Soap Packing- 30,000 units/per day
  • Liquid Sachet Packing- 60,000 unit/per day
(B).Ayurveda & FSSAI:
  • Capsule Packing- 60,000 unit/per day
  • Tablet Packing- 60,000 unit/per day
  • 1gm-10gm Powder Sachet Packing- 60,000 unit/per day
  • 50gm- 250gm Powder Packing- 30,000 units/per day
  • 400gm- 2kg Powder Packing- 9,000 units/per day

The packing is done by the latest packaging machinery and then placed in a site that has a good storage facility for raw and packaging materials with suitable environmental conditions. A proper storage environment is needed for keeping goods in better condition.

Testing

When the making of the products are finally done, they are sent to certified laboratories. Samples are then taken from each batch of goods to go through strict quality checks.

    Lab

    This lab consists of many important instruments that are used to perform tests on raw materials, packaging and other in-process inspections.

  • Micro
    Lab

    Testing done in this lab verifies the presence of many fungal spores, sporulating yeasts, and contaminative microorganisms in many cosmetics products making them safe for application. In this lab quality control tests for many finished products take place to fulfil the international requirements.
